General Questions
What type of clients do you work with?
Artnista Design works with product-based brands, creative entrepreneurs, authors, publishers, and storytellers who value intentional design, clear communication, and long-term visual cohesion.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, emotionally grounded work that goes beyond trends, this studio may be a good fit.
Do you take on rush projects?
No.
Artnista Design prioritizes quality, clarity, and creative care. Projects are accepted based on alignment and availability—not urgency.
This ensures every project receives the attention it deserves.
How far in advance should I inquire?
For most projects, it’s best to inquire 2–4 weeks in advance of your desired start date.
Larger or publishing-related projects may require additional lead time.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes.
Each service includes a defined number of refinement rounds, outlined clearly in your proposal.
Revisions are intended for thoughtful refinement—not complete redesigns or shifts in direction.
Surface Design & Patterns
What is surface pattern design?
Surface pattern design is the creation of seamless, repeatable artwork used across products such as fabric, packaging, wallpaper, stationery, home décor, and digital applications.
At Artnista Design, patterns are created as systems, designed to work cohesively across multiple uses.
Are your patterns production-ready?
Yes.
All custom patterns and design systems are delivered in professional formats suitable for print and digital production.
Specific file types and usage details are outlined in your project delivery.
What’s the difference between a Starter System and a Small Business System?
• Starter System ($99):
A ready-made design intended as an entry point for new founders. Limited customization and licensing.
• Surface Design :
A multi-pattern designed for broader product use, consistency, and brand growth.
Each option is clearly explained on the Services and Shop pages.
Can I use purchased designs on multiple products?
Yes—within the scope of the license included with your purchase.
Each product clearly outlines:
• Allowed uses
• Product limits (if any)
• Restrictions
For expanded usage, exclusivity, or licensing upgrades, you’re welcome to inquire.
Licensing & Usage
Do you offer exclusive designs?
Yes, for custom projects and select licensing agreements.
Exclusivity terms, scope, and duration are discussed and documented during the proposal stage.
Can I resell or redistribute the designs?
No.
Designs may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own artwork.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Artnista Design unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Do you offer licensing partnerships?
Yes.
Artnista Design is open to licensing collaborations aligned with the studio’s values and aesthetic.
Licensing inquiries can be submitted through the Start a Project page.
Illustration & Children's Work
Do you illustrate full children’s books?
Yes.
Artnista Design offers children’s character design and full book illustration packages.
Pricing varies based on scope, page count, and usage rights. Full details are discussed after inquiry.
Can characters be reused across products?
Yes.
Children’s characters are designed with repeat-use potential in mind. Usage rights are clearly defined in your agreement.
Payment & Process
How does payment work?
Most projects require:
• A deposit to begin
• The remaining balance due before final delivery
Payment terms are outlined in your proposal.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom and digital nature of design work, all sales are final once work has begun or digital products are delivered.
